Nils-Otto Ørjasæter has developed numerous start-up companies as entrepreneur, coach and/or by board positions. His professional focus is new business development and innovation management. Nils-Otto is also a part time professor at the Norwegian School of Management focussed on innovation and entrepreneurial management. He is educated at the Norwegian Institute of Technology, University of Trondheim, Norway, and graduated with a Dr. Degree in 1987.

RICHARD MALLON

Richard has assisted and advised small companies on operational, financial and strategic issues in order to achieve sustainability and growth. Prior to Intro-International he worked as an investment banker in New York City with Credit Suisse First Boston and Prudential Securities where he conducting transactions from financings, to mergers, acquisitions and divestitures. He also has strong operations and management experience obtained as a professional officer in the military. Richard has an MBA from the University of Colorado and a BBA from George Washington University.

FRIDTJOF SCHEIE 

Fridtjof has developed several start-up companies as an entrepreneur, consultant, and through directorships. He has previously worked as a consultant in CONNECT Østlandet and The Agency for Business Development Services in the City of Oslo. Fridtjof has a Master of Business and Economics from the Norwegian School of Management, specializing in business development. He also attended Gründerskolen in San Francisco.

Henning Thorsen

Henning Thorsen has developed several start-up companies as an entrepreneur, consultant, and coach. He has a bachelor degree in Entreprensship from the Norwegian Business School BI.   Henning has hands-on experience from sales several copanies within the IT/internet industry. Henning is also a trained chef.

WILLIAM W. NUNN

William has more than 30 years in aerospace and defense, and related international technology development sectors managing organizations and executing upon business plans and new ventures. His career has been one of increasingly responsible positions with General Dynamics, McDonnell Douglas Corporation and Lockheed Martin Corporation, and numerous assignments in Southeast Asia, the Middle East and Europe. He has also served as Chairman, American Chamber of Commerce in Norway, and is CEO of the Nordic American Group of companies. William is a graduate of Kentucky Military Institute, and holds a degree in Business Management from Embry Riddle University.
